Hello Sprockets Jake here.

My hoomum and I did the Cancer Race for Life at Basildon this year along with Auntie Beki, Auntie Alice, Auntie Natalie, Auntie Christine and Auntie Emma. I hadz a great day, got to meet lots of peoplez and dogs all dressed in pink.

My Hoogran died of cancer in 2013, I still missez her. Hoomum had a big cry today I fink she misses her lotz. Anywayz fanks to Cancer Research my hoograndad is here today. He waz a marshall at da Race and I fink he told all da uvva marshalls to lookz out for me coz all of dem made a big fuss of me, especially uncle Les who got an award for being one of the bestest volunteers.

It was a great day butz I realy did need my sofa when I gotz home.
